The rally is from Sat 26th to Monday 28th May over the spring bank holiday weekend, and as part of our 50th anniversary celebrations, the first Explorer Cruise and the 24 hour Marathon Challenge will both end at the Pumphouse.
The BCNS Pump House rally entry form can be downloaded from the link.
There will be stalls, boats, beer, music and a barbeque.
The best way to come by is by boat.
Boat entry includes entry to the evening entertainment.
On the Thursday the 24th at 7.30 pm there is the Les Allen Register meeting. (An interest in the Les Allen boats or yard at Oldbury, is all the is required.) Everyone attending the rally is welcome.
If you cannot come to the Titford Rally by boat, visit during the day – just turn up and join in.
The Titford Pumphouse Rally is at the top of the Titford Locks at Tat Bank junction.
We will be repeating previous years Titford Pools cruises.
There will be a real ale bar, (beer from “Ma Pardoe’s – aka the Old Swan at Netherton), with stalls, music and fun.
There will be entertainment on Saturday evening.
The pumphouse address is Engine Street, Oldbury, B69 4NL, off the Tat Bank Road.
If you want to come by train, Langley Green Station is a few hundred yards away, on the line from Birmingham Moor Street to Stourbridge. Turn right coming out of the station, on to Western Road. Turn left at Tat Bank Road, and left again at Engine Street.
By bus number 128 (Birmingham to Blackheath), which goes down Tat Bank Road past Engine Street, or bus 120 (Birmingham to Dudley) turns off Tat Bank Road at Western Road, before Engine Street, passing Langley Green station. The 120 is probably the quickest bus from Birmingham, but the walk to the pumphouse is a little longer.
