So far this year the BCN Society is offering just one cruise, in April. It is possible one will be organised for September but with the drought problems this year we are holding back on that at the moment. The Society relies on volunteers to lead these cruises. It takes a lot of time & expense.
The leaders of this cruise have agreed to take 10 boats and 5 places are already taken from the cancelled September Cruise this year. We cannot consider boaters who have been on one of the BCN Explorer Cruises in the past.
This cruise takes into consideration the IWA Silver Propeller Challenge and visits several appointed places.
Here is the proposed itinerary for the April Cruise. It is a challenging itinerary so expect a few long days.

Sunday 11th April – Galton Pumping Station and Moor at Bradley
Monday 12th April – Walk / Workshop tour and moor at Nickelodeon
Tuesday 13th April – Cannock Extension and Fingerpost
Wednesday 14th April – Walsall Basin
Thursday 15th April – Titford Pools and moor at Pumphouse
Friday 16th April – Moor Bumblehole
Saturday 17th April – Parkhead / Fens Branch and moor at Merry Hill
Sunday 18th April – Hawne Basin
Monday 19th April – dispersal
